Mini Vacation.

We started out watching Nini's last recital. Which was a very emotional night because she sold her studio but its sounds like a wonderful young couple will be taking it over. So we just decided to have some fun in Tulsa after that.We thought the Aquarium would be so much fun for Isaiah this year. Apparently its not that exciting. We were there for an hour. He ran to see all the big fish. Who cares about all those little fish anyway. Then we got to sharks and I think I was more impressed with them then Isaiah. He was terrified actually and held on to his Dad for dear life. We think he didn't realize there was glass over us and the sharks might get us.

 

But we had success with swimming this year. Last year not so much. He loved swimming at the hotel. Even Baby brother got to have a try. We thought he would scream( the water was very cold). He whimpered a little bit but let Daddy take him back and forth in the pool.

Back home. Mini Golf apparently is not that much fun for a toddler either. For one the clubs are to big for this little guy and he just wanted to go under all the ones with tunnesl the entire time. Finally we just told him to start rolling the ball and it become a little more exciting.

Then Daddy set up this pool for Isaiah and that's what we have been doing all weekend. Ky and Austin even came over for some swim time too.

2 month check up/ Big Boy Bed

Poor little guy had to get shots at his check up. He tensed one of us legs up and it made it really sore. Good news is baby boy is growing. He weighed 10 pounds and is now 22 inches long. Still a little guy though. He is only in the 25 percentile for weight and height. Smaller than brother was at 2 months. Noah is starting look around and smile at us a little bit. He is also starting sleep 4 hours at a time. Yay we will take it. Much better than fussing every 2 hours.

Sleeping in the Baby bed that my Dad made for me!

Isaiah got a new big boy bed from his Grandpa and Grandma Jenkins. He was so excited to make the transfer from toddler bed to his big boy bed. He of course had help Dad set it up.

He even put himself to bed early to sleep in his new bed.

Growing Fast.

Both boys are growing to fast. Noah's is almost 2 months now. He is starting to focus more and will watch his mobile for a short time. He thinks he is hungry all the time. If we would let him he would probably eat all day long. Noah is still Not sleeping through the night even though 8 weeks is suppose to be the magic number. Not sure why I expected this Isaiah didn't sleep through night at this age either.

Hating bath time just like Big brother did forever.

Isaiah is also growing and talking a mile a minute. He can repeat about anything you say. He loves to play outside and play in the dirt. Of course wants to do everything his Dad does. He helped his Daddy fix up the boat and we went out to Birch lake for a test run.

Isaiah loves to play with his baby brother. He doesn't like him sitting his lap though. He says "he is to bigger"

We had a great find at Aldis. This little glove was only $5. Isaiah didn't quite get the concept that you put a ball in one hand and the glove in the other. He wanted to throw the ball out of his glove.
