Crawling

No we are not crawling yet. Well, not forwards anyway. Isaiah likes to crawl backwards. He also rolls everywhere. We will find him randomly in corners now, just having a good time. I am thinking he will never move forward. He can get up like he is going to go somewhere, but he just moves backwards. It frustrates him alot, because he can not reach his toys.

This is one of his new favorite places to roll under.

Ah... We are also moving in 1 weeks. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate moving. This will be our third house in almost four years of marriage, we are crazy! We have stuff packed, but with a child and a daycare there is twice as much stuff. I also just got this house all painted the way I wanted it, guess I will have to start over.

Let's Go Dad!

With Spring right around the corner I (dad) decided that it was time to get ready for some fishing. I love being out on the water whether the fish are biting or not. So to get ready I have been meticulously getting my tackle and boat ready. Renana tells me that if I took care of the house like I did my hunting/fishing stuff, the house would be clean all the time. This is also the first year that we are going to be able to take Isaiah out in the boat. I am excited about this because we will get to go out and introduce him to the great outdoors. (Stepping up on soapbox) I feel that it is important to show kids how to appreciate the outdoors. I think kids these days do not get outside enough. Too much time playing video games and watching TV. I think it is also awesome to be able to enjoy the wonderful world that God created. (Stepping off of soapbox).
That being said I decided we needed to get Isaiah ready for the lake. A couple weeks ago we went to Bass Pro and found a life jacket in his size. Yesterday we were sitting in the office while Renana was on the computer. I decided we should try the life jacket on him and see how he reacted to it. He had a hard time sitting up with it so he just laid there like a turtle on its back.
So we are almost ready for the lake. Bring on the warm weather!

Spring!

We are not going to be homeless anymore. We got the house we were looking at. It does need some work. We are looking for good helping hands if any one is interested next month! So, we might still be living with my parents.

Did anyone feel that beautiful weather outside. I took my Daycare kids out, which is kind of difficult since only can walk and had 2 under one today. But, we made it. It was a fun 30 minutes. We manage to squeeze everyone into the stroller also. I think Isaiah was the only one having a good time in it.

Homeless

On April 9th the three of us will not have a house. Yay, we sold this one. In one day. Boo, we have not even put a bid on the house we are looking at and could be living on the streets. No, not really. My parent have so graciously said we could live there for a while. Not my ideal situation. That's means there will be 3 babies in that house for a while.

If everyone could pray that Monday this bank will accept our offer and we can close on it before April 9th. It also needs a little (lot) of TLC. I know God has it under control, but my control freak, organized personality just wants everything done right now!

Isaiah also went to the doctor. He has been pulling at his ear and has a running nose( great another ear infection). Nope, little guy is doing good! He may be getting another tooth and has allergies( where did he get that from?) He is now 17 pounds and 27 inches long.

Growing Up

My baby is now 7 months old. I can hardly believe it. I thought I would never make it through prego time. Then staying in the hospital an entire week seemed to be eternity. Jon and I couldn't wait to get home with that little guy. Now here we are 7 months later, with a healthy boy who is starting to eat a lot.

It is true when people say to cherish every moment. Through endless nights of not sleeping for us, I couldn't wait for him to get older. Now, I wish for just a moment that he would let me rock him to sleep a few times. We are having so much fun. Isaiah just smiles most of the time. We are blessed to have such a calm baby. He doesn't cry much, except when his daddy pulls out his tools that are to loud for him.

This is our newest face. He wrinkles his nose, then laughs sometimes.

Isn't he the cutest!!

We are also very proud of Dad tonight. He played in the FWC basketball league and won FIRST PLACE. Way win us a Buffalo Wild Wings card daddy!

Fun Weekend

This weekend Jon went rock climbing at New Heights Rock Gym in Tulsa. I did not go, because it seemed a little high for me. Can you believe people do this in real life, with no ropes. Crazy!

As they were dangerously climbing, I went shopping. My favorite past time. If you buy clothes for children and have not been to the Children's Place in Tulsa, you must go! They have really cute clothes and really good sales. I would probably spend all my money there, if the hubby would let me.

It was also Isaiah's first time to ride in one of the cars strollers that they had there. I didn't think he would be big enough for it. The first thing he did was grab on to the wheel. He loved the entire ride. He rode around for an hour or so watching everyone that went by.
