Besides that our little guy is doing great. Saw the Doctor today and had to get more shots. He sure does hate those. I think he cries more than Isaiah ever did and he puckers out his lip. It almost makes me cry every time. Noah is now 14 pound and 13 oz( in the 50 percentile). I was sure our little chunk was way off the charts but I guess he just fits in the middle. He is also 26 inches ( in the 90 percentile.) He is starting to chatter all the time. Especially to his Daddy. Jon will come home from work( after I been with the kiddos all day) and he will just laugh and chat with his Dad forever. Noah's is also trying to roll over. He just cant seem to figure it out. We were instructed by the Doc he may need more tummy and floor time. He would rather be held and hates being on his tummy.
Noah has the sweetest little grin. We love to see him smile and laugh. He loves being outside and going for walks. Although as the summer heat has struck we haven't had as much opportunity for that.
We also started rice cereal. He wasn't to found of it at first but seems to be getting the hang of the spoon a little more. He would rather have bottle in his mouth most of the time.
We all Did our first race as family of 4 together. The 4th of July Race at Fleet Feet. Jon did the 5k running it in 21 minutes. Then we all did the fun run( walk ) together. We did have to run a little bit because we were in last. We still finished last because Isaiah decided there was water behind us and wanted to go play in it and we couldn't tell him otherwise and Noah starting crying. So as we ran to get Isaiah back in the " Motorcycle" stroller and then had to stick a bottle in Noah's mouth to finish. Maybe Dad can just run until these boys get old enough to walk or run with me. Isaiah also had his first encounter with doing fireworks. He was not to found of them unless they were really far away. He did like the little poppers. His brother on the other hand didn't seem to mind them. We got to see the Sand Spring fireworks this year and they were very neat. We sat right outside of Jon's Aunt and Uncles house over SS and watched them. Some of the best ones I have seen.
