We had a reveal party for Baby #3, making everyone wait a whole 3 days to find out. Some people more than others were very anxious about this. We started out having everyone guess the gender with pink and blue mints, the pink jar was the fullest.
Then had Isaiah and Noah spray silly string the color of the baby, which was......PINK!! The grandmothers were ecstatic to say the least. Jon and I found out Tuesday at the ultra sound and we were in total shock, thinking we would have 3 rough and tumble boys. She however, really didn't want to reveal her gender, at that time her feet were by her head and she was turned the wrong way. The ultra sound tech pushed on her and he said you are going to have to trust me, but its a girl. We finally saw her towards the end. The myths about girls making the mothers sick, is probably very true, in my case. She has probably made me more sick than Isaiah did and I was pretty sick with him. Isaiah has said from day one that this baby was a girl, and he was right. His first choice of names was Luha, then he decided to change it to Lucy and we made an agreement ( because he was very upset about the name we gave her,) that he could possibly have a fish for his birthday named Lucy.
It was also Noah 2nd Birthday,
Noah is our sweet little boy that will give hugs and kisses and then throw the worst fit you ever seen in a 2 year old. He has a temper and a bad one. Even if he is holding candy or ice cream and something bothers him, he will throw whatever he has clear across the room. Bedsides his tempers, which are often these days, he is mostly a happy boy. He loves to pretty much do whatever Dad and big brother our doing. He hasn't really taken to any particular toy at this point, he however loves Boz the bear. Its the only show if I need a few seconds without climbing, jumping, or making a mess he will sit through. Yes, this kid can make a mess in .05 seconds. He has dumped 2 entire boxes of cereal out, got into green food coloring( which left his hands green for a couple days,) and is fascinated with eating toothpaste. Noah loves to be outside, wrestle, and get messy. He vocabulary has all the sudden shot from 10 words to a talking all the time. He was found singing twinkle, twinkle all the the way through one day and I had no idea how he had learned that. He also loves Head and shoulders and sings some Boz songs. He likes to read books and just recently moved to a big boy bed. Next step will to move him and Isaiah to the same room. Noah definatley keeps us on our toes, but has the most tender heart.
Noah weighs 29 pounds 11 oz (70%)and is 36.5 inches tall. ( 95%)
